Albert Owen Gann

VALE-- Albert Owen Gann, 96, Vale, formerly of Nyssa, died April 6, 1996, in a Vale nursing home. Memorial graveside inurnment will be at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Lienkaemper Chapel.

He was born April 17, 1899, in Livingston County, Mo., to Nellie and James Gann. He moved to Nyssa in April of 1936. He married Beulah E. Taylor April 3, 1918, in Guymon, Okla. and she passed away in February of 1982. He then married Mary Judy Oct. 19, 1983, and they were divorced five years later. [Oregon Marriage Index shows that he married Mary Myers 16 Oct 1983.]

Survivors include his three daughters and their husbands, Pauline and Burton Richey of Harper, Fayetta and Walt Looney of Nyssa and Joy and Dan Norland of Pomeroy Wash., 11 granchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Bertha Butler of Hermiston, and numerous nieces and nephews.
