Celah Gann

Longtime Hebo resident Celah L. Gann died Oct. 19 in Junction City. She was 83.

Mrs. Gann was born Jan. 13, 1898 in Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of William and Margaret Lane. She married the late Fred Gann. She moved to Junction City last year after living in Hebo for 40 years.

She is survived by a son, Henry Neal Gann of Hebo; daughter Mildred Bernice Call of Junction City; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Oct. 22 at VFW Cemetery in Hebo, with Fr. Brad Reynolds officiating. Murphy Funeral Home, Junction City was in charge of arrangements.
