Richard Peterson

Services for Richard E. Peterson, 38, of Oregon City, will be Monday at Cochran's Sunset Chapel at 10 a.m. with the Rev. G.E. Manker officiating.  Private burial will be at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.  Contributions to the University of Oregon Medical School may be made in his memory.  He died in a local hospital Wednesday.

A South Dakota native he had lived in Oregon City for 18 years.

He is survived by his wife, Lillie, two sons, Jerry and Larry, both of Oregon City, two daughters, Shelly and Paula, both of Oregon City, two brothers, Russell of Estacada and Ronald of Canby, three sisters, Ruth Piper and Roberta Hardy, both of Newberg, and Ruby Peterson of Beaverton, and his parents Mr. and Mrs. Paul Peterson of Newberg.
